1. download system.dll
2. copy system.dll to C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\Lib
(If the ‘Lib directory does not exist, create it)
3. edit the VpxClient.exe.config

4. add a new System variable
variable name = DEVPATH
variable value = C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\Lib
5. right click on vSphere icon and run vSphere as administrator

ปล. ผมก็ลองอยู่ตั้งหลายครั้งกว่าจะได้ครับ ทำตามนี้แล้วก็ยังไม่ได้ แต่พอลองลบแล้วลงใหม่ รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง
ก็ได้เฉยเลย ไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นที่ไฟล์ system.dll รึเปล่า
